Our return policy is as follows:

We do not take back anything that is used or open. The purchase date must be within 30 days of the return. We do not cover shipping costs and all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

You must contact us via phone or email to start your return process. Call 503-538-0111 or email info@americolordyes.com have your invoice number available.

Address for returning products will not accept UPS packages. Americolor Corp will not pay for return shipping.

Please include all of your contact information in the package and your method of original payment. Refund will come via the original payment method.
