Americolor CR-3 Advanced Color and Stain Remover is formulated for removing dye bleeds, transferable dyes, and difficult stains from a variety of fabrics and carpet fibers. It is especially useful for fine wool rugs, furniture stains, Oriental and Navaho rugs, and rug restoration following water damage.

CR-3 can be used on wool, silk, cotton, rayon, polyester, olefin, and nylon to help remove fugitive dyes, food stains, and spilled carpet dye. It is safe for use on fabrics and carpet yarns that are not harmed by hot water.

The powder formula can be diluted for delicate fabrics and colors or used at a higher concentration for dark stains and faster reaction times. When using a higher concentration, be prepared to spot dye the treated area after stain removal.

CR-3 requires a steam iron, moist towel, and either white vinegar or acetic acid for treatment.
