Americolor Bleach Neutralizer is formulated to neutralize chlorine bleach on contact, stopping its chemical reaction with carpet fibers and carpet dyes. It should be used any time a bleach spot is being redyed to help stop the bleach reaction before applying new carpet dye.

The powder formulation offers additional flexibility. One pound of powder makes 1 gallon of concentrate, and the concentrate can be diluted 1:1 with water for use.

How to Use

1. Identify the carpet area affected by chlorine bleach.
2. Apply Bleach Neutralizer to the affected area to neutralize the chlorine bleach.
3. Use the product whenever a bleach spot is being prepared for redyeing.
4. Once the bleach has been neutralized, proceed with the appropriate carpet dyeing process.
5. For the powder formulation, mix 1 lb. of powder to make 1 gallon of concentrate.
6. Dilute the concentrate 1:1 with water as needed.
